Airline,
Tennessee Airport, I/we landed safely, they were cool. I
thank them for a safe flight with a written
notice and I gave
them money for "Good Luck" so that the airline could get out of
bankruptcy quickly. I also gave them NYPD shirt and told them
to
leave it in the cabin and let it fly where ever this plane flies... (and
carries peaceful people.)
9/15/2005 North Star / Polar Star
visible through
the airplane window, on the way to New Orleans, over Southern U.S.
Airspace. There was a police lady seating next to me and I showed her
the
North/Bethlehem Star and clouds in the distance that formed a
"Bridge".

My Budget Car Rental Record, paid with my own credit card, they sayid "report
that the car is stolen". Interesting
how they put just below my signature: PREPARED BY COURT
...When I got to Baton Rouge, Louisiana
on 9/15/2005, people
were cool, they were cool at the airports and in the airplane. At
LaGuardia Airport (NYC) there was a gentleman with a laptop who showed me a clip from a movie
of German gestapo and a guards at a border entry into New Orleans. He asked me
if I speak German, I replayed no.
Back to Louisiana,
I rented a motor vehicle (Red Durango) and begun to drive to the New Orleans but first on a way there I stopped at a ATM machine to
withdraw money $100 and went to Pizza Hut
to get some food, windows were bullet proof. I waited in the SUV for a while. Then rolled back on
to route 10 and
met guards leading into New Orleans. Two guards came over to my rented
SUV vehicle, it was at night, I opened the window and told them that I
came
to help out. They wanted to check my ID, I reached over for my wallet
to show them ID, but they were nice to me, they looked over what I have
in the vehicle and the investigator Brad from Chicago went over to the
other side of the vehicle and looked from the other side and he asked
me for ID again, I again reached for the wallet but he said "Go in good
man". I gave him my computer business card and he gave me his, he told
me that
if I'm ever in Chicago he is going to help me out! He even signed my
NYPD (New York Police Department) hat (investigator Brad),
I drove in, I saw
that the city was lit and the cell phone service was OK, I even sent
out SMS(s) to my friend that I'm in New Orleans with good wishes and
wrote that "the more you help, the more you get back", I got a response
that she is not sure about that... and the FBI deleted that record from my cell
phone. I know that when you help people,
people will remember you. As I was passing by I saw 3 yellow school
buses, empty on the highway, that boggled me, and I saw lot of tractor
trailers going out in the opposite direction, I was curious what they
had loaded in them. Then I saw some police cars and military vehicle(s)
and they saw me, I had a different vehicle than them. I turned back and
wanted to get out, but made wrong turns and got into one way street,
the street was very wide, usually streets that are one way are narrow.
Police was coming from other direction and turned immediate around
and asked me to pull over. I pulled over by KFC (Kentucky Fried
Chicken) which was plywooded all around. I
was asked to step out of the vehicle and show them ID, no problem, I
don't like to run away from authoritie(s) and they saw that. Then other police came, they
were in charge put handcuffs behind my back and checked out my rented vehicle and what I have in the
vehicle (no permission necessary, we check, no problem), they took
everything out, my bag and took notes and pictures. One lady
said
that f...
she has to show ID and I got in... They asked me questions and
questions, no problem I answered in English language. They forced me on the asphalt, they took some photos as I was seating; they
were in the back of me standing and next to my rented vehicle so they could
catch the license plate and more questioning. While sitting on the
ground handcuffed, my eyes looked into the Universe, and I saw Moon and
the Stars (you are a
child of the universe, no less than the trees & the stars; you
have a right to be here) in the distant galaxy, and the
Moon was very bright, the Moon
that I took the pictures of from airplane just few hours before.
9/15/2005. I/we saw this Moon while I was seating on the ground in
Louisiana, in the
handcuffs. My eyes/yours looked into the Universe to see light, even in
darkness.
They asked me where I got my citizenship, I told them
Newark, NJ. Then, they asked me what do I have to know to know to get the
citizenship, I told them 100 historical questions. Then they asked me who's the
father of our country, I was so nervous that I didn't recall, they told me
George Washington and they told and showed me how they could slash my throat
like they did to Piotr Stańczak

They said "cut wood" (Virgin Mary appeared in the wood in Passaic, NJ when
workers where cutting down wood) if I remember correctly. They made lot of
phone calls and I overheard that someone said "His clear/I'm clear". Then came
two troops with their machine guns and were ready to go. They asked me
questions too. Then they
called for a woman which had Air Force t-shirt on and told her to take
me to CC (Correctional Center), I didn't know what that meant, but
first she said "why didn't you just shoot/shot him", devil knows only how to
shoot people. I said I apology for all this. Then I overheard that
they
said, report that my rented vehicle is stolen, they took my rented
vehicle somewhere... I was sat in the back of
the police vehicle with handcuffs behind and we drove through the devastated city, she
apologized for what she said and I told her that I understand, she told
me that she had a long day. (...

was looking for way to get out or for food, I hope that this dog is

plays clarinet (she was cool). As we arrived at the CC in Gretna, the steel
gates opened and was taken into the system... They took fingerprints and collected
what I had in the bag, my wallet and I had a book in my bag about
Pope John Paul

9/15/2005 Witness To Hope, The Biography of Pope John Paul
II, George Weigel Book I purchased this great book at LaGuardia Airport and had
with me in Louisiana. The Secret Service returned it to me
I had to take off shoe laces of and my Jesus Crucified
Anchor gold chain which I received for my Confirmation Sacrament.
I was put into the cell with other
human
beings
and we slept on the cement till the next moring which was Friday. It was cold and uncomfortable and I/we
shivered, I had to put my hands inside my
T-shirt (Kolo. im. Jana Sabaly).
As I/we woke up and looked around we begun to talk, we talked in English
language. Then two Secret Service agents came and asked that they want to talk
to me. They showed me their Secret Service badges, this man agent on the right
side of his vest and woman on the left side of the vest.

07026 right after they detained me. 9-5pm M-F. I pray, work, think, write, 6 days a week and

down there, I told them I came to help out in Katrina, but they told me
that someone said
that I came to see President, I said I don't recall saying that, I
was told by Shara that I don't have any
skills,

I have Chief Justice, I have his books, he wrote interesting
books about Supreme Court and life in general (The frames of our system
of government may indeed have built perhaps a better than they knew.
They wanted a Constitution that would check the excess of majority

THE SUPREME COURT). They even wanted to tow away my car when I was at the funeral but I quickly run to the car
and told them that I came to the funeral, and they said no problem,
just pay the ticket. I paid ticket, no problem. I met an
African
American lady who had a Bible and we prayed together, she was wearing a
white uniform! I also met two wonderful
old ladies, from Ireland I believe, I carried their bags because they
are
elderly, I like elderly people because they posses lot of knowledge,
they have lived through some untold history,
I/we together went into the St. Mathew Cathedral The Apostle so I/we
could collect
treasures from the funeral. I noticed that John F. Kennedy
had his last
mass there after he was assassinated, I don't understand why would
someone do that to him! He was a great man, he had great wife and
children and someone orphaned them, same for Martin Luther King Jr. and
other Patriots, Peacemakers, God's Children and innocent people. I hope
that someone that did this
terrible thing is in the pit, where there is no bail bond
set, no
bail jumping, no Sun and no eternal life! kard. Karol Wojtyla, also has also
visited that
House of Worship and many other people(s) in faith. I talked to these
two
ladies, I/we had a good time, they took me to a nice place to eat and
chat. I even guessed that this one lady had no husband, she was
impressed. We talked about the Irish potato famine. They told
me
that they will write to me some poems. I was dressed in black suit out
of respect for Chief Justice. I know Chief Justice has/had a big
responsibility
because there is a written statement on the Supreme Court "Equal
Justice Under Law". Those are impressive words, but he is not
alone, he has other justices and aids to help him out through the power
of reasoning. These two ladies wanted to take me to some (John F. Kennedy)
show but
I went back home. I like Washington D.C. because there are many
treasures and memories from the past. I like history. I/we (Kolo im.
Jana Sabaly, www.gorale.org ) even
played our
folk music for a
congressman once there (see photo below), he invited us there.
Back to Gretna, then I was
shown a piece of paper typed and my name written in blue ink
on
top and was asked to sign it, I read the paper few times and did not
want to sign it, then the male agent wrote something incredible that
put me
in jeopardy and was told I'll be here for days if I don't sign it, he
was vexations to the Spirit. I was given no opportunity to talk
to a lawyer, no Miranda
Rights, no Bill of Rights, no
Constitution, they just broke all the
historical laws, I don't think the Founding Fathers would be happy
about that (nature is unbreakable, mind
is unbreakable, God is unbreakable, Spirit is unbreakable, Christ is
unbreakable). He gave
me pen he was obviously not a peace officer, I did not have pen I
signed it without court (So help me God), I don't like going to courts, he even asked if I need a
translator, I said I went to college, and transcript below:

then the male Secret Service agent inspected my bag and I watched
through a narrow glass window what they are doing. Then he brought me out of the
small interrogation cell and asked
me if I support
Republican Party, I said yes,
then when I was asked if I donate money (I donate money to my Roman Catholic
Church, school, etc), I said yes.
Then I was told that he will find out everything about me (Conclave, I'm not
sure about that, how is he going to find out where I will go when I die), I thought I would die, I made a
sign of cross and he jumped he got scared! (God is Unbreakable, Christ is Unbreakable, Spirit is
Unbreakable) and told them I don't want to die as I thought I would die "Od nagłej, a
niespodziewanej śmierci zachowaj nas Panie"), I started crying.
They told me that they will not do this to me (We will not do this to you, it is
a fact that people cry when bad things happen and/or when someone they know is
no longer with us because of their presence, their contribution to society in a
positive
way, etc)

Other people watched,
witnessed what was going to happen with me through a narrow window. They took a digital picture of my
face and couple of sets of copies of finger prints of each finger; one
for SBI (State Bureau of Incident) and one for FBI (Federal Bureau of Incident and probably for CIA and all
agencies interested in), I don't know if anyone else has more fingerprints taken,
current government has more than
five or more
sets of my copies, they like record keeping, I like record sharing, this was a
historical event in history.
Then the male agent told
the
guards to "twist me" (torture me) and was thrown in the prison cell with
other
people. I shook hands with everyone. I was scared for my life. Then
people came into the prison/CC and were processed in and out. They talked
to me and I talked with them, we cared about each other, we found out a
lot about each other. I told them that I came from New Jersey to help
out and was born the in the region where last Pope (Karol Wojtyla) was born
(Zakopane) Herb below:

I go to National Shrine of Czestochowa
in Pennsylvania. There were all kinds of people in there, from different creeds.
We
were sleeping on a cement then I/we started talking about
Geneva
Conventions and then MP's (Military Police) came in and we
were
getting treated as a
Prisoners of War (POW) or Missing in Action (MIA) human beings. Then we
were given
regular food, there was
roll call every
morning 6AM and at night 10PM, your name and date of birth, this is the basic that you
should know about yourself, we even played
cards, someone brought the playing cards, I taught them how to play game "Mr." in Polish, they liked the
game, I/we had fun and we were safe, Safety is Beautiful! Some POW/MIA
were able to to bail themselves out
because they were processed by the system, then two persons came and taped
bailbond phone numbers on a little window which I saw and
made the sign of cross:list of numbers where on a white piece of paper on a
window, the listed numbers were to Virgin Mary and many Saints (Wyznanie wiary "Wierzę w Ducha
Świętego, Świętych Obcowanie...) , I know She rushed to my defense (Serdeczna Matko Opiekunko
Ludzi... and Pod Twoja Orbone...ale od wszelakich zlych przygod racz nas zawsze
wybawiac Panno Chwalebna i Blogoslawiona...)
but I was getting
response "You can not make phone
calls at this time!" they monitored where I called and there was on painted statement
on a wall "All
calls are monitored and recorded." People inside the Gretna prison knew what was going to happen
to me and knew about me but they kept it secret. It was a torture
that
I could not call my family to tell them where I am or what is going on
with me, (God knew where I/we were), I was not
given right to see the Day nor Night for 3-4 days (I like looking up into the skies and Sun, I see Universe and what God
has created-Bible). Basically, I/we experienced a purgatory and stripped with all the
human
rights that people have given up or died in Honor in the past wars and
other State(s) conflicts. Trucker, African American told me and said
out
loud so other people could hear and witness "You came all the way from
New Jersey to Help Out and you f... in jail, what the f... is
that/this." Trucker, he was cool but not with his language he has to
clean his language. I want to see Trucker again!
Then some other gentleman came and told me that I'm cool, just seat tight! He gave some hope. Other African American gentleman
told me that he collected trash for a Waste Management national company there and they
screw him up because they did not pay him the money hard earned, they
instead called the police and locked him up. He said that he will
tell this on the radio, hopefully he did and he told my story to his
family, relatives, other human beings. I/we all have stories to tell (listen
to the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story). I
liked him, hopefully they will pay up so he
could be happy and so he can feed his family, after all he lives in
very wealthy State/nation. Then another white gentleman Chris told me that he
saved sixteen people in the Hurricane and he got locked up for that, (I
didn't understand why?). I am sure that some day he will get a reward
for
that. He is a true hero! There was also this Jewish gentleman who asked me if I
knew that Katrina means in Hebrew, I told him no and he answered
"cleansing". Next, there was one other gentleman, he
was badly beaten up. He could not even see clearly with his eyes, I am
sure that
he was able to see hope! Hopefully, he is free and got a free
professional treatment and everything is OK with him.. I worry about
him, he did not deserve that whoever did that to him. Finally there was one
other guy who put something in his mouth and started yelling at us (He was vexatious
to the Spirit). Guards told me
there is a $500 bond for me but I can not
leave, pretty bad, I had money at least 10% to bail myself out. Well I didn't do
anything wrong so they let me go free why should I pay. They
even told me that I am going to call overseas (and I did call "God is with Us
and it was a collect call, I had to pay money to do this, and it was very
expensive call!) so someone can bail me
out and that this will be on CNN. I was able to finally able
to make a collect call to my
brother and family on Sunday (973-777-0697 I remember our phone number) and told my mother that God is with us! Bóg z nami!
and my brother told me that there is a conclave
about my situation and they don't know what is going to happen to me ( I saw a
white smoke when a gentleman tried to set fire to my matters that I slept on
and it was in a room where my Guardian Angel asked God for population count). I
know conclave is a pretty serious meeting, that's how Cardinals elect Pope
(I don't know why they had conclave, they told me before that I'm
"Clear"!)
I asked my brother to came to Louisiana to help me out, he drove with
his wife 24 hours down there to get me out or at least see me. Before I
went to sleep on Sunday I was asked by fellow African American, if I'm a terrorist, I
said no,
I'm not
a terrorist (I/we don't like terrorism) They even said that terrorist
came on a boat. (He might have been referring to my Crucified Anchor Jesus
Christ, hopefully he apologies to Jesus). I came to
America on the plane, so they probably referred to someone else. I know
from history Christopher Columbus came on a boat to America, I/we know there were
no
airplanes back then, but there was wind, but he was not a terrorist, I
don't even think he knew anything about such things. He only got lost
in the vast oceans and found a land. He and the crew didn't even need
sponsorship documents, now they require all sorts of
documents, I
hope they do something about immigration, people came/come to
America for a reason; to build American Dream (not American Horror) and
to send hard earned money back to their families and loved ones overseas.
I/we know that America helped out State(s) in times of conflict but sometimes
more conflicts are/were created than necessary. Then I was asked if I know Ten Commandments as if
he didn't know it and told him You shall not kill and was asked if I helped in
9/11, I said no, however some movement knew about 9/11 and had it let it happen. I/we prayed in the jail the last day holding
three hands together. I prayed in
Polish, my mother language "Ojcze Nasz .... ...Zdrowaś Marjio... Chawala
Ojcu", (To God) "Our
Father...(To Virgin Mary) Hail Mary... and (Holy Trinity) Glory Be...". God
answered our/my prayers, I'm not sure whom they prayed to because they prayed in
different lanaguage that I did not understand but they told me that they wanted
to be like me. "You have granted me life and loving kindness;
and your care has preserved my spirit" Job:10:12.

I was then asked to
go to a room just by
myself and I saw they were cleaning up the prison, they told me that
they didn't see this kind of clean up before. Some other
gentleman told me that when he gets out he will go to Arkansas, I hope
his wish came true. Then I slept in a windowless blue room for a little while
and I heard someone was banging on a door wildly, I was scared that
they will
do something to me, but I remained patient. They say, patients is a
virtue. Then was asked to step out and told that you are going
home, I
went with the gentleman to the phone and called the airline to
purchase return flight back to home, he had a telephone book. I called
the airline and reserved
the seat and paid for the airline ticket with my credit card,
obviously I
didn't catch the previous return flight because I was locked up, I even
missed my folk band, I was supposed to play with them on weddings on
Saturday 9/17/2005, people were asking where I am, lot of people know me. Then I
was asked to go to court and I went. There was no one there, and I
overheard a conversation that "They are coming" and I stayed in the
court until the above bond above was printed and given to me by a gentleman,
he was well dressed and looked professional. I was asked to step out
and leave with two agents and had to take of my prison plastic hand wrist and
returned it to them. My bag was in plastic bag and was told that
I'll seat in the back of the vehicle and to have my seat belts on
because we will be driving fast to the airport. I told them that my
brother is in the vicinity to take me / see me. While we were driving the driver took her
cell phone and called my brother, I told her the number, I told them
the number before too, I remember
phone number of my family members. I/we were told that I'm free
of
charges and not to come back there for the next 5 years, just
to cooperate with them. I signed some paper (I didn't even read it
through
because I was watching out the window, we were driving fast) so they
could check my medical
records, no problem, I like to cooperate in any way I can.
I/we
saw a crack/spider in in the front windshield in this white SUV. Then
as
we approached the overpass, cameras were rolling as we passed by and taping this, they
were collecting treasures too. We got to the New Orleans Airport and
was accompanied by the agents as we went through the terminal and we
went to the ticket counter. The ticket agents printed out the boarding
pass and I passed through the security security check point, had to
take off my work boots.
9/15/2005 My Work boots that I had on in Louisiana. These boots crossed
countless borders (State borders) to help another in need. These boots have ID
Andrzej Swietek (they were made in China). You don't really need ID to
help others in need, it is
called voluntarism...

I told her that I did not have shower for 4 days, she smiled and I
smiled back but time was pressing
and I did not really mind. When we got to the gate, I shook hands
with the two agents and said good bye and went into the plane which was
waiting on tarmac, I/we know that the plane was waiting for me. I took
my seat about 1/2 through the plane and open up the window shade, I
like to watch out the window and see the world. I saw few vehicle
parked next to the
plane, looked like Secret Service vehicles. Then airplane pilot
announced that we will be airborne shortly and as we begun to taxi
through the airport the vehicles begun to follow the plane. As always,
when I get on a plane I pray for safe flight (once my deceased father
told me that the airplane is a flying coffin and need to pray, to get safe to
your final destination, my father before he passed away, told my mother that he
wanted to be buried in Poland and he is: and make a sign of cross
and we begun to roll down the run way on a way to home, sweet home. I
know pilots
have lot of responsibility to get people safely home and I admire
that,
they fly so that we can meet with other people and loved ones at a
distant locations in fairly short time, also so we could explore the
universe. I/we know that terrorists used
planes for different purpose. As we took off, I/we saw
helicopters and ships in the area, helping out! I had a connection
flight in
Cincinnati and when I got there I called my brother from a public
telephone (used my credit card) that I am safe, that I am out
of
the pit. I went to
restaurant to eat steak, and purchased some treasures on they way.
Then I boarded flight to Newark, NJ, but I did not know that my mother
was
waiting there for me, because my cell phone was dead, so I took taxi
home. I got home safely. Then next day two agents came by to
check out if I got home safely, I was working around the house. They
asked me if I'm Andrzej Swietek, I told them yes, they knew I'm Andrzej Swietek. I invited them home
because they wanted
to see the above bond (no problem), they wanted that I leave the garage
door open! They asked me if I/we have any
guns, I told them no,
I/my family never purchased a gun, I/we know that they cause harm.
I brought them inside my room and they saw that everything was cool,
that I have lot of books, I have aquarium

they saw that the photos
from my digital camera were matching my room (no problem). They saw Virgin Mary next to my fish
tank
and a photo how God separates water from land. We sat at
a round table in the dining room, and we started talking and they were taking
notes. They were cool, they told me that it was bad in Louisiana, I agreed. They
told me that Shara (Jewish Name) ( was the blonde agent, that she is pretty,

, I liked her, she was cool, she took care of me by driving me to
the airport. I like to see Shara again, I hope she and other woman take
care and comfort other
man that are falsely imprisoned or otherwise are in trouble (I know man struggle with man for
power). I told
them that my brother is
on a way back, I called my brother and asked him where he is, and told
them. They probably checked, with their people where my brother and his
wife is, they confirmed that their location was on target, they figured
out that this was OK. I/we told them the truth, because they knew the
truth anyway. Next day they went to my brother's work to see if that's
the correct place he works at. I worked there too. They had
about
1/2 hour interview with him about me, they took notes, they asked my brother if
I was in an army. I never was in an army, I belong to Christianity faith. Everything
seemed that the information was/is correct under the penalty of the
law.
They saw that all the evidence was in my/our favor and told his people
deliver him where he belongs and that was exactly what happened. I took notes
took too, just in case. But when God created heaven and earth, He
was
probably taking notes from the beginning and throughout history but He
did not tell this to anyone, He kept that secret too. He is still
taking
notes so He could have all the evidence when the Last Judgment Day
comes as
it is written in the sacred scriptures. He is and always will be fair. He is the only fair judge...
He will judge you, not me, I don't have that right. What ever you
did to the smallest one you did it to me (written somewhere in the
scriptures). I have strong belief in God because I'm in touch with him
in House of Worship or wherever I go, I'm also in touch with him
through peaceful assemblies and charity work. I know my prayers
because my parents and grandparents and church leaders and religious
people
believe in The Power of Prayer.
I sometimes cry when bad things happen, I am
emotional human being. I carry in my wallet religious material including
Blessed Mary and this prayer!

In my last job there was a lady that said to me "I wish that you were dead, can
you work with people like that?", and her mother told here that she's a b...
she's telling her that for a reason (Honor your Mother and Father IV
Commandment). Also, if you are a pregnant mother do not perform abortion,
you can not even wish that your child be aborted and do not perform
euthanasia and/or assisted suicide.
My Last job, comments "F..k where is Andrew, "Sh.t happens", "We
don't need your services...", I don't need comments like that but one person
said that you will have multiple jobs in your life time but family only one.
I baby sit now and they cry when I leave them and I know that I will not hear
from them comments like that from my last job.
Time = Past + Future
Time = Life, everyone has fundamental right to life.
Past = avoidable, unpredictable, could have avoided
conflicts, unnecessary war(s)
Present = relative, it depends where we are...
Future = unavoidable, people need to read Bible, study Sacred
Scriptures, Old/New
